You may ask, how did you get here?
A combination of fast-paced and customer facing jobs, handful of curiosities, splash of personality, and a dash of quarter life crisis, I found myself in the world of UX Design.
My nutrition background led me to use empathy, evidence based research, and creative problem solving to meet the needs of the families I worked with. It was a constant iteration for improvement. Through my work, I’ve learned the importance of effective communication, where I break down complex (science-y!) information so that they can better understand their situation and be in control.
From this, my diverse background and work experience give me an edge as a multidisciplinary designer. You bet that I’ll be bringing what I learned so that we can make delightful and accessible experiences to the everyday user.
